The 'Ukrainian M&A Roundtable Report' produced by CMS Cameron McKenna in conjunction with Concord Capital and our partners Mergermarket, the London-based M&A intelligence service was published recently. The report focuses on a Ukrainian mid-market M&A roundtable discussion between a number of senior Ukrainian corporate and private equity executives, which was held in Kyiv during June 2008. Their discussion covered the following issues:
