Chilean firm Carey have advised Deutsche Bank Trust Company as
placement agent in a US$45 million bond issuance by Chilean insurer
Inversiones SAMS.
It is thought Dechert LLP advised Inversiones SAMS, but this
could not be confirmed prior to publication.
The transaction closed on 3 February.
