purchase a 42.5% stake in Chilean oil and natural gas transporter
REN bought the share from Enel Generación Chile, part of
the Italian Enel group. The seller hired Careyfor the US$180
The sale closed on 7 February. Electrogás runs a network
of 165.6 kilometres of pipelines in Chile.
