Regulation on the implementation of Law No. 24/20115 of July 25 (The new Patent Act) from now available for public review. This regulation develops the new Patent Act (24/2015) and both will come into force on April 1 2017, replacing the current Patent Act (11/1986) and the Royal Decree No. 2245/1986 of October 10, 1986 (last amended by Royal Decree No. 245/2010 of March 5, 2010)
