Sayenko Kharenko is pleased to announce that the firm has promoted 2 new counsels, effective from 1 January 2016.

The new counsels are:

Maksym Nazarenko is a member of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group with over 10 years of experience in this sphere. Maksym has extensive experience across a broad range of issues in antitrust law, with particular emphasis on matters relating to multinational and domestic acquisitions and joint ventures, including merger clearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. He regularly advises clients on a various antitrust law matters, involving merger control, concerted practices, abuse of dominance, and unfair competition. Maksym received law degree from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy".

Andrew Zablotskyi is a member of the firm's International Trade and Agriculture Practice Groups. Andrew is a highly experienced trade lawyer and one of the strongest analysts of the economic and commercial impacts of international trade on business and industry growth. Mr. Zablotskyi has also a deep subject matter expertise in international trade, regulatory, transactional matters and infrastructure projects in the agricultural sector. Andrew also is a permanent member of various international and governmental working groups on development of Ukrainian agricultural markets legislation. He received his law degree from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed his Master's degree in international economic relations from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
