В
последние
годы во
внешнеэкономи-
ческих
контрактах
с участием
украин-
ских
сторон
и/или
касающихся
украин-
ских
активов
все чаще
встречаются
арбит-
ражные
оговорки в
пользу
Лондонского
международного
третейского
суда (LCIA).
Особенно
это
характерно
для
договоров
купли-продажи
корпоративных
прав и
активов, а
также для
проектного
финан-
сирования.
Причины
такого
выбора
могут быть
разными, но

как
правило,
есть и
определенный
уровень
ожиданий
от арбит-
ража в
одном из
старейших
арбитражных
центров
Европы, тем
более что
основ- ные
правила
игры в нем
оставались
неиз-
менными
довольно
долго —
предыдущая
редакция
арбитражного
регламента
LCIA
действовала
с 1998 года.
