The governor of Lagos state, Nigeria has issued an Executive Order effectively reducing the charges payable for the transfer of land titles and processing Governor's Consent from about 15% to 3%. The Order which was signed and dated 5th of January 2015 takes effect immediately. See a copy of the Order and our Tax Alert below.
