There were several developments in competition law in weeks 33 and 34. The ACM reduced the cartel fines of four laundrettes by 30% in administrative appeal because of the excessive duration of the proceedings. In addition, an overview is provided of the press releases, decisions and other information the Dutch and European authorities have published since the last edition of the In Context. We conclude with an overview of the most important literature published in weeks 33 and 34.
