New ISE Website

The Irish Stock Exchange ("ISE") launched its updated website in early October. The new website, www.ise.ie , greatly improves accessibility of key information on listed funds, debt securities and other listed issuers. The website is intended to be more user friendly and responsive. It will allow access to more information on issuers, such as hourly pricing updates on share prices, and allows data export.

ISE FundHub

The ISE has also announced the development of ISEFundHub, a discretionary new information portal which will go live in November 2014. This hub will allow managers of ISE listed funds to share information with professional investors who have registered with the site. Managers who opt to participate in the portal can chose what information they make available on the site, with the ISE expecting a high participation rate among managers with funds listed on the ISE. Key features of the ISE FundHub include the ability to:

  • Display financial analytics - NAV and performance history;
  • Customise a managers profile area;
  • Host key fund documentation;
  • Publish new information relating to their funds.

The ISE continues to serve as a popular listing venue, with 130 new funds listing on the Main Securities Market this year to date. The ISE listing regime is particularly advantageous for ETFs, with 90 ETFs now listed on the ISE. ETFs listed on the ISE can avail of an efficient and costeffective passport process to trading on the London Stock Exchange or BATS Europe market, among other exchanges.
