The latest edition of the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession names six solicitors from Thomson Snell & Passmore as leaders in their particular area of the Law.

All six partners, based in the Tunbridge Wells Head Office, are delighted with their recommendation as it is a recognition by others in the market of the work done for clients over the last year.

Barbara Wright

Head of Family Matrimonial deals with all areas of family breakdown, her particular interest being the financial aspects. Barbara joined TS&P in 1987 and lives in Tunbridge Wells. She also founded the Kent Solicitors Family Law Association.

Jill Kelly

Head of Employment deals with all aspects of employment law for UK and international businesses. Jill is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly contributes to Personnel Today Magazine and the Employment Lawyers Association Briefing. Jill joined TS&P in 1996 and lives in East Sussex.

James Krafft

Head of Private Client deals with personal financial planning, tax planning, Wills, settlements, powers of attorney and probate. James joined TS&P in 1976 from London and lives near Tunbridge Wells. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Andrew Watson

Head of Clinical Negligence deals with clinical negligence claims. Andrew is a member of The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel. His special areas of expertise are head and spinal injuries. Andrew joined TS&P in 1973 and lives in Tunbridge Wells.

Gilbert Green

Head of Property Development deals with all commercial property and development matters. Gilbert specialises in the sale and purchase of land for development, particularly negotiation of options, conditional contracts and site assemblies. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association. Gilbert joined TS&P in 1976 and lives in East Sussex.

James Partridge

Head of the Commercial Group specialises in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs, the establishment of joint ventures and corporate finance. James joined TS&P in 1986 after training and practising in a London law firm. James lives near Tunbridge Wells.
