NFA reminded members to designate an administrator to coordinate
enrollment and track compliance with Swaps Proficiency Requirements
("SPR"). NFA will make the SPR accessible online on January
31, 2020. NFA said that designations can be done online and that
SPR Administrator Forms are available on NFA's website. Each NFA
member with personnel required to take the examination must have at
least one such administrator.
NFA also announced that it will host webinars on November 7 and
December 10, 2019 to help administrators prepare for the new
requirements.
