CFTC Seeks Nominations And Topics For Energy And Environmental Markets Advisory Committee

The CFTC requested nominations for associate members of
the agency's Energy and Environmental Markets Advisory
Committee ("EEMAC"). Associate members are expected to
have expertise and experience in the energy or environmental
markets and the CFTC's regulation of these markets.
CFTC Commissioner Dan M. Berkovitz, the EEMAC sponsor, also asked the public to submit potential topics
for future EEMAC meetings.
Nominations and comments must be submitted by September 20,
2019.
