In an emergency action, the NFA suspended a CPO and CTA for failure to register their commodity pool with the NFA and for providing misleading information.

According to the NFA, Denari Capital LLC and its principal advisor, Travis Gregory Capson, (i) failed to list with the NFA the commodity pool they operate, (ii) did not provide pool participants with a disclosure document or claim an exemption from registration with the CFTC, (iii) provided misleading information to both the NFA and investors, and (iv) failed to cooperate with the investigation.
