The CFPB adopted a final rule amending the regulation text and interpretation for Regulation Z, which implements the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA").

The CFPB adopted a final rule amending the regulation text and interpretation for Regulation Z, which implements the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA").

According to the CFPB, the final rule will revise the dollar amounts for the expenditures of enacting TILA and the amendments to TILA.

The amendment becomes effective on January 1, 2020.
