Allison H. Lee was sworn in as SEC Commissioner. She replaces
former Commissioner Kara Stein.
Previously, Ms. Lee served as Senior Counsel in the SEC Complex
Financial Instruments Unit of the Enforcement Division, former
Counsel to Ms. Stein and as an Enforcement Counsel to the SEC.
