The FINRA proposal to amend the rule on the collection and
distribution of "new issues reference data" for corporate
bonds and to charge-associated fees was published in the Federal Register. Comments on
the proposal must be submitted by July 29, 2019.

6760 is intended to create a new issue reference data service
for corporate bonds.
