The North American Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA") named Christopher W. Gerold as its new President-elect.

Mr. Gerold has been New Jersey Securities Bureau Chief since 2017. Previously, he was an attorney for the Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Securities Fraud Prosecution Section of the New Jersey Division of Law.

Mr. Gerold will succeed NASAA President Michael Pieciak and serve as President for the 2019-2020 term.
