Pryor Cashman Summer Associates Andrea Goldwasser and Sharon Joseph have been selected to participate in the 6th Annual Second Circuit Moot Court Argument Program. The competition will take place on July 9, 2019 at The Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse in Manhattan's Foley Square.

This year's program includes two procedural and substantive law topics that are at the forefront in current patent litigation: (1) proper venue under the TC Heartland decision; and, (2) Section 101 patent eligible subject matter under the SCOTUS Alice/Mayo framework.

Partner Jeffrey Snow coached Andrea and Sharon with their written submission, partner Mona Simonian coached them on their oral argument, and associate Luke Rushing coached.
