The SEC named Kevin Zerrusen to serve as Senior Adviser for Cybersecurity Policy. Mr. Zerrusen will serve Chair Jay Clayton and be responsible for (i) coordinating the agency's efforts to implement cybersecurity policy, (ii) engaging with external stakeholders and (iii) improving the agency's mechanisms for assessing cyber-related risks.

Mr. Zerrusen is currently Chair of the Intelligence National Security Alliance's Cyber Council and previously ran the Central Intelligence Agency's cyber center.
