The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") requested comments on an "Innovation Pilot Program" designed to support "responsible innovation" among financial institutions. Under the program, the OCC would provide eligible entities (i.e., OCC-supervised financial institutions) with regulatory feedback during the early development of "proposed innovative activities." Comments must be submitted by June 14, 2019.
