Messrs. Gray and Fiorello defended their clients against both accident liability and reptile DOT claims arising out of a catastrophic trucking accident with one fatality and multiple other injured plaintiffs. Thanks to the team’s hard work prior to and during the trial, the plaintiffs agreed to settle just before closing arguments for far less than their pre-trial demand.
