Duncan Hubbard, a leader in advising financial institutions, funds and alternative lenders on European and U.S. real estate investments and structured finance transactions, joined the Cadwalader partnership. Mr. Hubbard has regularly acted as lead counsel on several of the biggest loan portfolio trades between the UK clearing banks and insurance companies.

Mr. Hubbard joins a Cadwalader team in London that includes partners Jeremy Cross, a leading lawyer in the funds finance and real estate finance space and Samantha Hutchinson, a preeminent fund finance attorney. In addition, Mr. Hubbard will work closely with Cadwalader's top-rated U.S. CMBS team, which has been the market leader among issuer's counsel for nearly 20 straight years.
