The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN") invited the public to nominate organizations for membership on the Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group (the "Group"). The Group serves as adviser to Treasury on the operations of the Bank Secrecy Act. The public may nominate any financial institution, trade group or non-federal regulator or law enforcement agency for a three-year membership term. Nominations must be submitted within 30 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register.
