William Charron, Co-Chair of the Art Law Group, will be a speaker at the Korea Arts Management Service (KAMS) Conference in Seoul, South Korea. Bill will discuss his conception for the newly launched Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA). He will also address the entire conference about how the CAfA was formed and how it will operate in resolving art disputes through specialized arbitrations and mediations as well as lead a workshop in understanding the differences between litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and in understanding how the CAfA's uniquely tailored rules may assist parties in resolving art disputes, while also giving comfort to the art market to accept the results of the CAfA's decisions.

KAMS is a non-profit, public foundation that promotes the development of Korean arts, with support from the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
