("NIST") released a video exploring why people click on
phishing emails. According to NIST's study, context plays a
critical factor in why users click or do not click on a phishing
email, and the more relevant the context of the message seems to a
person's life or job responsibilities, the harder it is for
that person to recognize it as a phishing attack.
