Federal Register: FTC Increases National Do Not Call Registry Fees

The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") increased the fees for telemarketing
businesses seeking access to the National Do Not Call Registry
("Registry"), as mandated by the Do-Not-Call Registry Fee Extension Act of
2007.
The final rule was published in the Federal Register. The
increased fees will become effective on October 1, 2018.
