The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") increased the fees for telemarketing businesses seeking access to the National Do Not Call Registry ("Registry"), as mandated by the Do-Not-Call Registry Fee Extension Act of 2007.

The final rule was published in the Federal Register. The increased fees will become effective on October 1, 2018.
