If referring to pages in the joint appendix, citations should follow format "Appx123" (for the appendix), or "SAppx123" (for the supplemental appendix).

If referring to pages in the joint appendix, citations should follow format “Appx123” (for the appendix), or “SAppx123” (for the supplemental appendix).  Leading zeros in the page number are acceptable; a period or space after “Appx” is not.  When citing a range of pages, cite as “Appx123-125.”  To cite multiple nonconsecutive pages, use “Appx” before each page or set of pages, for example, “Appx123, Appx234.”  Refer to the automatic Bates page numbers in your citations.  Finally, the court encourages printing an appendix double-sided.
