The SEC named Daniel Gregus as National Associate Director of the Clearance and Settlement examination program in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. He has been the acting Associate Director since 2016.

Mr. Gregus – who has been with the SEC since 1993 – also serves as the Associate Regional Director for the Broker-Dealer Examination Program in the SEC's Chicago office. He will continue in that role along with his new position.
