OppenheimerFunds and Carlyle partnered to launch OFI Carlyle Private Credit Fund. The private debt interval fund will give retail investors access to less-liquid alternative products, investing in private debt securities including direct lending first- and second-lien loans, unitranche loans, mezzanine debt, distressed credit and CLO funds. The unlisted interval fund will offer quarterly repurchase of between 5% and 25% of its outstanding shares at net asset value.
