LabCFTC Requests Input On FinTech Science Competitions

LabCFTC, the CFTC's FinTech Initiative, requested public comment on how to improve the
effectiveness of its science competitions in order to stimulate
innovation. Under the Science Prize Competition Act (2015), the
CFTC is allowed to hold competitions that help advance the
agency's agenda and enhance the regulated markets.
In particular, the CFTC is seeking input on ideas and topics for
competitions and how to implement these competitions most
effectively.
Comments will be accepted until July 24, 2018.
