SEC Enforcement Division Associate Director Gerald W. Hodgkins will leave the SEC at the end of 2017. Mr. Hodgkins has been with the SEC since 1997.

Mr. Hodgkins has overseen over 100 enforcement actions covering areas from issuer reporting and disclosure fraud to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. He was a founding member of the SEC Claims Review Staff and served as a member of the SEC National Labor Management Board.
