The CFTC revoked CME Europe Limited's ("CMEEL") foreign board of trade ("FBOT") registration. The revocation order was issued at the request of CMEEL after the voluntary closure of the exchange.

FBOT registration allows a non-U.S. futures exchange to provide U.S.-based members with direct access to its trading and order matching system. The revocation is effective October 12, 2017.
