Mr. Webb served most recently as Special Counsel to CFTC Chair J. Christopher Giancarlo, and served previously as a senior trial attorney for the CFTC Division of Enforcement. During the 114th Congress, he was a special counsel on derivatives in support of Congressional reauthorization of the CFTC for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture.
