The Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures ("CPMI") and IOSCO asked for public comments in response to a consultative report on certain data elements for over-the-counter ("OTC") derivatives.

Titled Harmonisation of Critical OTC Derivatives Data Elements (Other Than UTI and UPI) – Third Batch, the report is part of a series that was commissioned in an effort to harmonize data elements reported to swap data repositories. Specifically, CPMI and IOSCO asked for comments on the "definition, format, and allowable values" of various data elements related to the following areas: collateral, prices, quantities, non-regular payments, packages and other links, and custom baskets.

Section 2 of the report contains questions to which interested parties are invited to respond, although IOSCO and CPMI are soliciting comments on any aspect of the report. All comments must be submitted by August 30, 2017.
