At a special meeting held on May 19, 2017, Andrew Duff was elected FINRA Governor in the Large-Firm category. Mr. Duff is the CEO and Chair of Piper Jaffray and previously served on the board of directors at SIFMA and at the American Securities Association.

FINRA also announced that its annual meeting of firms will take place on August 22, 2017. On the agenda is the election of Governors in the Small-Firm and Large-Firm categories.
