On April 25, 2017, the National Credit Union Administration ("NCUA"), as liquidating agent for U.S. Central Federal Credit Union and Western Corporate Federal Credit Union, voluntarily dismissed its complaint against UBS Securities, LLC ("UBS") and Mortgage Asset Securitization, Inc., in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas following a settlement between the parties.
