SEC Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") Unit Chief Kara Novaco Brockmeyer will leave the agency "later this month." During Ms. Brockmeyer's time as FCPA Unit Chief, the SEC completed the "first FCPA-related non-prosecution agreement" and the "first use of a deferred prosecution agreement with an individual in an FCPA case," among other significant matters.
