Kim was the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority and served MSRB as a member of the MSRB's Board of Directors, where he was a member of the Finance and Steering Committees and chaired the Audit Committee.
Lakshmi Kommi will assume the role of public representative on the MSRB Board of Directors. Ms. Kommi was Director of Debt Management for the City of San Diego, California and replaces Mark T. Kim on the Board.
