The SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will meet to examine secondary market liquidity for Regulation A companies and unlisted reporting companies.

The SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will meet to examine (i) secondary market liquidity for Regulation A companies and unlisted reporting companies, (ii) why more companies may be choosing to stay private, (iii) recommendations regarding corporate board diversity and (iv) the treatment of "finders" that assist in capital raising. The meeting will take place on February 15, 2017 and is open to the public.
