The SEC adopted revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System (EDGAR) Filer Manual (the "Filer Manual") and related rules. The revisions reflect updates to the EDGAR system. The Filer Manual describes the technical formatting requirements for the preparation and submission of electronic filings through the EDGAR system. The updates relate to the submission of Municipal Advisor submission form types.

These changes are effective as of January 23, 2017.
