The CFTC granted an Order of Registration to ICE Endex Markets B.V., a foreign board of trade ("FBOT") located in Amsterdam. The Order permits identified Endex members or U.S. participants to enter trades directly into the Endex electronic order entry and trade matching system. The CFTC explained that the regime of ICE Endex Markets B.V.'s regulatory authority, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, is subject to supervision and regulation that is comparable to that which is exercised by the CFTC and, accordingly, satisfies CFTC registration requirements under CFTC Rule 48.8.

The CFTC emphasized that this order is the fifteenth that it has issued since May 2013. Previous orders were issued to FBOTs in Brazil, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand, Germany and the United Kingdom.
