Stephen Luparello, director of the SEC's Division of Trading
and Markets, will leave the agency by the start of next year. He
has been director of the office since February 2014 and played a
key role in enhancing the transparency and strengthening the
integrity of the nation's markets, including the operation of
trading platforms, clearing agencies and broker-dealers.
