The SEC requested comments on a FINRA proposal to amend FINRA Rule 7730. The proposal would establish a fee of $500 per calendar year (with a single setup fee of $500) for use of the new Academic Corporate Bond TRACE Data Product. The request for comments was published in the Federal Register.

Comments on the proposal must be submitted by November 25, 2016. The effective date of the new fee will be the same as that of the Academic Corporate Bond TRACE Data product.
