The SEC named Kristin Snyder Co-National Associate Director of the Investment Adviser / Investment Company examination program in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. Ms. Snyder will join Co-National Associate Director Jane Jarcho who has led the program since August 20, 2013 and was named Deputy Director of the program earlier this year.

The program uses a risk-based approach to examinations to fulfill its mission to promote compliance with U.S. securities laws, prevent fraud, monitor risk and inform SEC policy.
