On April 21, OFAC announced updates to its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to Cuba. These clarify the scope of permissible activities that U.S. persons may engage in with respect to "UTurn" financial transactions (#6263), authorized exports and re exports (#6768), Insurance related services (#8081), grants to state owned entities (#93), and leasing and purchasing property in Cuba (#97).
