Fox Rothschild has recently added Phillip Wang to the firm's Labor and Employment Department. Wang has experience handling wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination issues and senior level executive terminations and will be practicing out of the firm's New York office.
At Wang's previous firm, he dealt with a wide variety of employment matters which he will carry over as he takes on his new role as a partner at Fox Rothschild.

Slapo, Fox Rothschild's New York office managing partner, said in a statement. "Phil brings important strengths as a result of his background in labor and employment work for real estate, private equity and global online retailers."
Wang has worked on complex litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board. He also has experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements ranging from separation deals, independent contractor arrangements, confidentiality pacts and invention and assignment contracts, the firm said.
Wang is the latest attorney to be hired by Fox Rothschild, which has been expanding an array of practice groups.
