Connecticut Public Act 14-168, which became effective October 1, 2014, requires hospitals, hospital systems, and group practiceswith 30 or more physicians to file an Annual Report with the state's attorney general and Department of Public Health's Office of Health Care Access (OHCA). Hospitals' and hospital systems' reports must include information about any affiliated physician groups.
