On November 30, 2015, CSC completed its spin-off of certain segments of its U.S. public sector business under a new name, CSRA Inc., with CSRA becoming an independent public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CSRA). On the same day, CSRA completed a planned business combination with SRA International, Inc.
Following its separation from CSC and combination with SRA International, CSRA is now a company with 19,000 employees and pro forma revenues of $5.5 billion. CSRA focuses on defense IT, defense mission, intelligence, homeland security, healthcare and civil agency services, with products and services encompassing next-generation technology, enterprise services IT, and mission and scientific solutions. CSRA is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia.
