Judge Robinson Issues Markman Opinion In Infringement Action Construing Six Disputed Terms In Patents-in-Suit

Sanofi, et al., Civil Action No. 14-317-SLR (D.Del., October 20, 2015), the Court rendered its Markman Opinion construing six (6) disputed terms in U.S. Patent Nos. 8,829,165("the '165 patent"), 8,859,741 ("the '741 patent"), and 8,871,914 ("the '914 patent").
